Located on nearly 40 acres of land and home of the Muskingum Family YMCA since 2008. Formerly known as Armco Park, Armco purchased the property in 1937. Previously it was a private club known as the Hawthorn Club.

Rentals Guidelines:
- $125.00 deposit required to reserve date. The deposit will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled with less than 2 week notice.
- Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of rental date unless it is retained to pay for damage done to park grounds, building or equipment by any member of your party or needed to pay additional rental fee if party size exceeds reservation
- Access for set up at 11:30am on day of rental
- $50.00 per hour if rental wants to set up before 11:30am or stays past 6:00pm
- Gas grill is available for a $10.00 daily rental fee
- Use of tables, chairs and/or picnic tables
- Use of pool with lifeguards- weather permitting
- Pool will close at scheduled time
- 1 hour clean up time from 5:00-6:00pm
- Renters are responsible for set up and clean up
- Rentals have use of playground area, shuffleboard, horseshoe and basketball courts. Equipment is available on a first come basis and must be signed out at the front gate
